What was the marketing problem we were trying to solve? 

When the marketing team started having conversations with Cento Shoes, they were in a state of change and uncertainty. They lost control of their website, including URL and hosting platform. They could not make updates, get leads or work from it. For a small shoe repair shop that relies on their web presence for business, this was a large problem. A few weeks into talking to them their old website was turned off by the new owner of the URL. So they had no web presence. The Moser Marketing team led Cento's through the process of choosing a whole new URL, building a basic website and getting it live in one week.

The Marketing team identified a set of URL's that would bring natural SEO to the new website. The first step was developing the pages and planning content for the next couple of months. The plan was to slowly add pages of content with expanding keywords and videos to naturally grow google's confidence in the authenticity and worthiness of the site. Since we did not have an existing site to begin with and were starting from a zero in regards to analytics, we did not have a large expectation to move the needle on SEO and real results very quickly. However, within two months we saw incredible improvement.

The keywords for the business, while easily identifiable, were watched closely by the team to be sure results were coming back as expected.
